Children's Mental Health awareness week
This week is children's mental health awareness week. Just like we look after our bodies, we need to look after our minds, too. It is important to share the way you feel with someone you trust, and talk about those feelings. This week we will be thinking about how we can express ourselves. How do you express yourself?
