Today we are learning the digraph 'er' like in 'herd'. I saw a herd of sheep!
Sometimes this digraph is added to the end of a word- for example, you can add 'er' to 'tall' to make it 'taller'.
Watch the video and have a go at writing some 'er' words- these are a bit trickier!

In 'Whatever Next', Baby Bear flew to the moon in a rocket that he made with a box, he used a colander as a helmet and his wellies as moon boots. I would like you to think about what you could use to make your own rocket and draw a picture! Can you label your rocket? What did you use? Make sure you send me a photo!
If you would like to, you could have a go at making your own rocket with recycling materials.

Today we are measuring length again, but this time using our feet! Can you measure how many steps long something is?
