In PSHE we are learning about why we need to exercise to keep our bodies healthy. It is particularly important at the moment with us being at home more!

Draw a picture of your favourite form of exercise. Why is it your favourite? Challenge yourself to write a sentence, for example 'I like swimming because I like jumping in!'
