VE Day Celebrations
75th Anniversary of VE Day Celebrations
Next week, had we been at school, the teachers would have been doing lots of activities with you as we would have been looking forward to Friday 8th May and celebrating the 75th Anniversary of VE day. We had hoped to do lots of work in class and finish off with a street party on the School field, with lots of games and dancing to celebrate in style.
As we are at home at the moment, we thought it would be fun to set up some activities for Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and your families.
Send photos of any activities you do, or if you have a ‘stay at home party’ on Friday, remember to tell us all about it.
Any photos of activities can be sent to your class teacher on the blog or the class homework e mail – if would be lovely to have a collage of all the activities the families of Sacred Heart School undertook.
