Phonics

Practise reading and writing words with this week's sounds in. Can you sort them words on the Powerpoint?

 

Play a game with the Tricky words. Print them off and hide the ones that you think your child knows around the house for them to find. Can they read them once they've found them? Encourage them to put the tricky words into sentences.

Can you make your own symmetrical pattern? See the document below for some ideas. Remember- symmetrical images are the same on both sides of the line!

Art

Decorate for Chinese New Year. Do some research into the decorations you might find at Chinese New Year.
