Fine motor

Have a go at this letter 'g' formation sheet. Don't forget- start at the top! Make a circle like you do when writing an 'a', then make sure it has a long tail!

If you want to, you could have a go at making the letter 'g' on the playdoh mat. If you haven't got any playdoh, you can make some fairly easily- there are lots of recipes online. 

TIP: If you place the playdoh mat in a plastic wallet, you can use it again. 

Phonics

Today's sound is another digraph with two vowels- 'ee' like in 'bee'.

Watch the video and have a go at writing some words with 'ee' in. How many words can you write? Can you challenge yourself to use one of those words in a sentence?

Maths

We will continue with our subtraction problems. Remember- when you take away, the answer will always be smaller. 

Today we will be taking away amounts by physically removing them from the original quantity.
