Fine motor
Fill a plate/tray with salt or flour or sprinkles. Use your finger or a stick (hold it like a pencil) to practise writing! Can you write different letters? Can you write your name? Can you write some words?
Phonics
Today we are learning the 'qu' digraph. Remember, the 'q' never goes anywhere without its best friend 'u'!

Maths
We are learning about sequencing- putting things in order. Think about your daily routine. What do you do in the morning? What do you do during the day? What do you do at night time?
P.E.
Please see attached- a lesson that we have been sent by 'Game On'. They are a company who provide physical education lessons to school age children. They have been coming to Sacred Heart on a regular basis, too.
Remember- you don't have to practise throwing and catching with a ball. You could use anything- as long as it's not fragile!
