Carnival of the Animals
Monday 30th January- Friday 10th January The whole school will be undertaking an arts project for two weeks based on Saint-Saëns ‘Carnival of the Animals’. The project will start in the week beginning Monday 30th January.
We are asking for any parents who would like to help the school. We are particularly asking if you speak another language, to come into school and talk to the children about we say the animal names in another language. We welcome ALL languages. School will provide flashcards; we just need you!
We are also looking for support with art in the classes as well as musicians! It would be wonderful if we could have some parents willing to come into school and share their talents with the children. More details will be out next week with specific learning for each class.
We do hope that you will be able to share with us in this exciting project. If you can offer your services, please email the school office or speak to your child’s class teacher at the end of a school day. |
