The Governors wish to appoint, for January 2019, an enthusiastic experienced music teacher to work in our popular and successful school. You will become a member of a warm, friendly and supportive team.
This position is to start in January 2019 and is a part time position for 1 day a week; the day is flexible and can work around your availability. For this position you will need to be a qualified Music Teacher who preferably has experienced teaching Music in a UK primary school.
You will be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging, interactive and fun Music lessons that develop student's natural talent as well as encouraging those who find Music more difficult. You will be working with pupils from Reception to Year 6 so you will need to adapt lessons to year groups as well as abilities.

Teaching Assistant Required
Part - time Post
Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School requires a Teaching Assistant who will work closely within a committed team to ensure the care of individuals and small groups of children, to support their learning and development. In addition to classroom activities, the post will require the Teaching Assistant to carry out lunchtime duties as a Midday Supervisory Assistant.
We are looking for someone who is full of enthusiasm and creative, who is able to impact positively on children’s learning while being keen to develop themselves as a learner. An ability to be flexible and to use your initiative would be essential.
Any applicant should actively commit to ensuring that the school’s ethos maintained and promoted in and around the school. Applicants should also be committed to safeguarding principles and practises in order that all children remain safe and well cared for; the successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS).
